Juicing Recipes: Our 4 Go-To Healthy Juices
Since our family got a juicer, I have been playing around with juicing recipes. I have four of our fave recipes here, that are our go-to’s. Honestly, of all things, our parsley really inspired me because we have a TON of it. And it’s so good for you, but not that palatable by itself (if you ask me).
I got this fantastic juicer off Amazon that is SO easy to put together and clean, as well as use. It’s affordable and a great entry-level juicer.
Juicing recipes need not be complicated – truly, I just threw these all together. These are tried and true, however, for both husbands and toddlers (when they’re in the mood, of course).
The premise behind juice that is easy to drink is to add a small amount of fruit or veggie that has a little sweetness to it. So far we’ve loved adding pineapple, apple, grapes, and orange. All of those add enough of a sweet moment to take the earthiness off any kale or beets.
Easy Juicing Recipes:
Carrot, Apple, Celery, Parsley
3 celery stalks
2 carrots
1 apple
1 bunch parsley
Orange, Kale, Apple, Celery
3 oranges
1 small apple
Bunch of kale
3 large celery stalks
Beet, Carrot, Kale
4 small peeled beets
2 carrots
Bunch of kale
Pineapple, Kale, Carrot, Celery
2 pineapple spears
1 Bunch kale
2 celery stalks
1 large carrot
I hope you try and love these juice recipes – we have been shooting for daily juice before breakfast, but on the weekends often skip it, since you know … weekend life!
If you have a favorite juice recipe, leave it in the comments. I’d love to mix things up!
