Homemade Ravioli in Trays
Homemade pasta is one thing. Homemade ravioli is another thing entirely – a better thing.
The pockets of cheesiness are too good to be true!
I got to try out, and now LOVE, these Garrett Wade ravioli trays, which make the whole process sooo simple. So easy to use and clean, and just love.

Here’s the recipe in case you need it!
PASTA:
1 cup all purpose flour with 1 cup 00 flour, pinch of salt. Make a well in center and add 3 eggs and 1 egg yolk. Combine into a dough with 1 tablespoon olive oil to help make it all smooth. Place in plastic wrap and let sit for 30 mins. Then roll out as desired.
Ravioli filling:
1/4 cup ricotta 1/4 cup Parmesan 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella, a handful of chard shredded up and about 1 tablespoon fresh oregano.
Add your ravioli to very salty boiling water, just about 3 mins. To top it all off I just melted butter as a topping snd sprinkled more Parmesan on top.
The filling is so good and that chard is the perfect secret ingredient!!
Enjoy!
